Services that The Office Butler provides are not new – companies big and small have had to manage these tasks from the inception of office space.  The only difference now is that smart business owners know where to focus their attention and energy. Office services are not where this energy should go to.

In my experience the effort required to manage these tasks takes the focus away from what is really important. Small business is even more vulnerable as so many tasks are left to too few staff members, so the pressure of trying to get everything done becomes too much. Long working hours just trying to get or keep control when delegation of these tasks to someone who has your business interests at heart is important for the smooth running of the office.

Office and factory alike, nobody is spared this administration.  Sometimes it seems only large companies are able to outsource services like the Office Butler. Martin has been involved in Facilities Management for the last 12 years managing many small and large outsourced contracts and understands the benefits clients receive when releasing responsibility for these services allowing them to focus on their core business. The administrative time recovered by not worrying about these services and tasks shows in the value gained by the additional focus.

Prior to this Martin was involved in the IT systems and a software business which taught him the value of customer service and strong and honest work ethic.
